honda99I have just purchased a used 2003 Honda 9.9 hp motor for a 16 ft Aluma craft. Before taking it to the lake I put the motor in a bucket of water and submerged deep enough toI have a 9.9 Honda that is 7 years old. Never a problem with it. Had it out a couple times this spring. took it out and it ran for about 30 seconds and shut down. Restarted and same thing. Looked and no water
